Why I Created This Course:
I'm Erin Kerry: trauma survivor, nutrition coach, and someone who has lived every module in this course myself.
By the time I was 18, I'd been given three different mental health diagnoses. I spent years disconnected from my body, believing it was working against me instead of for me. It wasn't until I found the connection between nutrition, the nervous system, and trauma that everything started to shift.
But here's what I've learned since: your nervous system doesn't know the difference between "big T" trauma and the chronic stress of an overwhelming season, a burnout you can't shake, or a body that's been running on empty for too long. The tools that helped me heal from trauma are the same tools that help my clients recover from burnout, chronic stress, and everything in between.
I'm not teaching you something I read about. I'm teaching you what helped me heal, what I've researched extensively, and what I now help my own clients work through every day, whether their story includes a trauma diagnosis or not.
This course doesn't replace therapy or medical care. But it's the missing piece so many people never get: practical, body-based tools to support your nervous system while you do the deeper work of healing.
